Package and Service Series Terms & Conditions
Packages and service series are prepaid service agreements and are intended for redemption of services only.
Packages and service series are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased and redeemed in whole or in part, except where required by law.
Package services may be redeemed with any qualified service provider employed by Maison Esthétique Christiane Bourque Spa.
While provider requests are accommodated whenever possible, specific providers cannot be guaranteed.
The departure, unavailability, schedule change, illness, leave of absence, or termination of a specific service provider does not entitle the purchaser or recipient to a refund.
Packages and service series may not be exchanged for cash.
Package pricing reflects discounted rates and cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated.
Maison Esthétique Christiane Bourque Spa reserves the right to modify service offerings, pricing, providers, schedules, package structures, and policies.
