Spa Director: We are currently hiring an experienced Spa Director with at least 3-5 years of management experience in the Spa or Hospitality Industry. The director must ensure every Spa clients receives the best spa experience possible: from the moment the client enters the building to the time they check out. Ensure the adherence to spa standards and protocols and give on-going feedback and suggestions for improving standards.
Client Relations: the spa director will interact with clients and call clients periodically to seek feedback. Maintain a visible presence in the spa at all times. Handle client complaints in a professional manner.
Employee Relations: manage, schedule and monitor all personnel.
Training: ensure all employees are trained in their respective departments.
Operational Duties: assist at the front desk when needed. monitor product usage in each department. Assist with Inventory ordering.
Facility: ensure the facility is in top condition at all times.
Front Desk: Our receptionist is the client’s first impression of the Spa, therefore this is a position of great importance and responsibility. An upbeat, energetic personality is required. We will train the right candidate on our scheduling software program. Spa or retail experience a plus. We are seeking a full time receptionist and you must be able to work days, nights and one weekend day.
