Cancellation Policy

At Maison Esthetique Christiane Bourque Spa, your appointments are very important to us. We understand that appointments may need changed or canceled.

We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 48- hours prior for all services and 72 hours prior for all spa packages, so we can fill your spot with clients on our waitlist that would love to come visit us.

If you do not cancel prior to the 48/72-hour policy, you will be charged 50% of your service price for missing your appointment with your on-file credit card. Any services canceled same day will be considered a no-show and you will be charge 100% of service fee. If we can fill your spot with a client on our waitlist, we will not charge you.
