What Is Halotherapy?

Halotherapy: Also known as dry salt therapy is a holistic, non-invasive wellness treatment that mimics the healing microclimate of natural salt caves. As you relax in our Salt Lounge, pharmaceutical-grade salt particles are gently dispersed into the air, where they are inhaled deep into the lungs and absorbed by the skin.

This treatment is often referred to as the “toothbrush of the lungs” for its ability to cleanse the respiratory system, clear the skin, and restore your body’s natural vitality.

During your session, you’ll recline in a zero-gravity lounger as micro-particles of pharmaceutical-grade salt are quietly released into the air. How Often Should I Come?

Halotherapy is most effective with consistency:

  • For chronic respiratory or skin issues: 3–4 sessions/week
  • For wellness maintenance: 1 session/week

It’s safe for all ages and gentle enough for daily use.

Terms and Conditions for Halotherapy Memberships and Packages

  • Memberships begin on the date of purchase and are billed monthly.
  • All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment.
  • Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid only for the individual listed at the time of purchase.
  • Membership privileges may not be shared or combined with other discounts, gift cards, promotions, or third-party offers unless explicitly stated.
  • All sessions are by appointment only and subject to availability.
  • We recommend booking in advance to ensure preferred time slots

  • Members may freeze their membership up to 3 times per calendar year, for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 60 days per freeze.
  • Requests to freeze must be made in writing (email or in-person) at least 7 days prior to the next billing date.
  • During a freeze period, membership billing is temporarily paused, and session access is suspended. Billing resumes automatically at the end of the freeze period.
  • Members may cancel with a minimum of 30 days’ written notice (email or in person) prior to the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellations before the 3-month commitment may be subject to a $50 early termination fee.

  • Unused sessions do not roll over month to month. There are no accruals.
  • All pre-paid sessions and memberships must be used within their designated timeframes:
  • 5-Session Package: Valid for 3 months from purchase
  • 10-Session Package: Valid for 10 months from purchase
  • 20-Session Package: Valid for 12 months from purchase
  • No refunds or extensions will be granted for unused time or sessions in a pre-paid plan.

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), will be deducted from your membership or package.
  • Frequent cancellations or no-shows may result in:
  • Loss of preferred booking privileges
  • Suspension of online booking access
  • Temporary restriction from rebooking until reviewed with management

  • We reserve the right to adjust policies with reasonable notice.
  • Members are responsible for ensuring sessions are used within the active term.
  • Halotherapy is not a medical treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Please consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any wellness program.
  • As with any wellness service, please consult your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, taking medication, or have underlying medical conditions.
