Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and No Show Policy 

At Maison Esthetique Christiane Bourque Spa, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that schedule changes may occasionally arise and appreciate advance notice whenever possible.

While 48 hours notice is greatly appreciated, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule single services.

For multiple services booked in the same day, spa packages, and group bookings, a minimum of 72 hours notice is required.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled outside of the required notice period, as well as missed appointments and same day cancellations, will be charged 100 percent of the scheduled service price to the credit card on file.

This policy applies to all individual services, multiple service bookings, spa packages, specialty treatments, and group appointments.
