Gift Card Policy

Gift cards are available for purchase in any dollar amount and may be used toward all services and retail products.

• Gift cards are transferable but non-refundable.
• Gift cards are redeemable for services and products only and may not be applied toward gratuity.
• Gift cards are valid for 7 years from the date of purchase in accordance with Massachusetts guidelines.
• Gift Cards retain their dollar value and are not tied to specific services. Service prices are subject to change.
• Maison Esthetique is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards without proof of purchase.

Packages & Legacy Gift Certificates

Gift cards or packages purchased prior to January 2022 may not reflect current service pricing. These will be honored for their original dollar value, which may be applied toward any service or product.

Shipping

A standard shipping fee of $7 applies to all mailed gift cards.

Additional Terms

• Gift cards may be used over multiple visits until the balance is fully redeemed.
• You must present your gift card (physical or digital) at the time of service.
• In some cases, we may be unable to locate older gift cards if insufficient information was provided at the time of purchase.
