Spa gift cards make a thoughtful gift for any occasion and may be purchased online, over the phone, or in person at the spa.
Gift cards are issued for a dollar value and may be used toward all services and retail products. They are transferable but non- refundable and may not be applied toward gratuity.
Gift cards are valid for 7 years from the date of purchase in accordance with Massachusetts law and may be used over multiple visits until the full balance has been redeemed. Service pricing is subject to change, and gift cards retain their original dollar value.
Gift cards must be presented at the time of redemption. Gift Cards must be presented in the form of the original physical gift card, a printed digital gift card, or the digital gift card displayed through the recipient’s email. If the gift card cannot be located or presented at checkout, it cannot be applied toward that day’s services, and another form of payment will be required. For security and accuracy, we are unable to search for, reconstruct, or redeem lost, stolen, deleted, or misplaced gift cards.
Please note that SpaFinder and Spa Week gift cards are no longer accepted as form of payment as of May 15, 2025.
