We are pleased to offer guests a relaxing lounge with complimentary tea or coffee.
Private lockers, robes, slippers and personal amenities are offered for those enjoying our spa treatments. A hot tub, steam room and sauna are available for use 60 minutes prior for those who are enjoying our services. Bathing suits are required.
Please refrain from bringing jewelry or other valuables to the spa. Regretfully, we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles.
Groups
The Spa is the perfect way to let go while living it up in grand style. If you have a group of 4 or more people, call or stop by to speak to the concierge or Spa Director. We will arrange a special day tailored to your personal needs. Parties require a credit card to secure reservations. Gratuities will be added to a credit card for groups of 4 or more. To avoid cancellation fees, all groups are required to cancel 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointments.
Book a “Girls Night Out Spa Party”, “Spa Birthday Party”, “Bachelorette Party”, “Evening at the Spa” or a “Bridal Group”.

Spa Policies
Reservations
Appointments may be scheduled at the Spa or by phone – 978-777-7278. We recommend reservations for multiple services be scheduled at least one week in advance. A credit card will reserve your appointment for a Spa Package or any service.
Standing Appointments
Weekly, Bi-Weekly or Monthly.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment cancellations or rescheduling must be received 48 hours prior to your appointment time. Late cancellations will result in a charge of 50% of the value of scheduled services; missed appointments are charged at full value.
Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover credit cards, Spa Finder Cards, debit cards and personal checks (under $200). Spa Finder Cards could be used for services only. There is a $20.00 charge on all returned checks. Services and prices are subject to change.
Refund Policy
Spa products may be returned unopened within 14 days for a merchandise credit. All sales are final on opened products. No Refunds on Gift Cards.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your payment and personal information is always safe and confidential. Our software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.
Gift Cards
Spa gift cards make an ideal gift for any occasion. Cards may be purchased on line, over the phone or at the Spa (978-777-7278). Gift cards are transferable, but non-refundable. Gift cards are redeemable for product and services, gratuities may not be added to the card. Not Responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards expire 7 years from purchase date.
Spa Etiquette
Check-In
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled spa treatment to ensure your full service. By arriving early, you’ll be able to relax and fully enjoy your spa experience. Please remember that each appointment is precisely timed, so late arrival may require your treatment to be shortened or rescheduled. If this happens, we will try to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee your full service.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price of services or packages. Gratuities are graciously accepted by Spa personnel. If you wish to show appreciation for a job well done or service enjoyed, gratuity envelopes are available at the reception desk when you check out. The industry average is 20% of the service fee. Gratuities may not be added to personal checks or gift cards. Gratuities will automatically be added to groups of 4 or more.
Children
The Spa is an oasis of peace and quiet . It is an adult oriented atmosphere and is designed for persons over fourteen years of age.
Cell Phones
In consideration of all our guests, cell phones are not permitted in the spa. Guests are welcome to use our phone should the need arise.
Directions
The Spa is conveniently located just off of Rt. 128, Exit 23, Route 35, Danvers. Take a right off of the exit, through one set of lights, spa is on the right across from Dunkin Donuts.
Parking
Parking is available in the lot behind the spa.

How do I select the right treatment?
Our professional spa staff will assist you in determining which spa treatments will meet your needs to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
We suggest arriving 15 minutes prior to your spa services, so that you have time to change and to relax in our spa lounge area.
What if I’m late for my appointment?
Arriving late will limit the time allotted for your treatment. Your treatment will end on the time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will apply.
What should I wear to the Spa?
You may wear whatever is comfortable. A robe and sandals will be provided if you are having multiple treatments or a body treatment or massage.
What should I wear for my treatment?
Most massage and body treatments are enjoyed without clothing; however, you may wear whatever is comfortable for you. Our professional staff is trained to drape towels or sheets discreetly to protect your privacy at all time.
What if I’m uncomfortable during my treatment?
If anything should interfere with your comfort or relaxation, we encourage our guests to speak up and tell their spa therapist or spa director. Whether it is the temperature in the room or the pressure of the massage, our staff will ensure your spa experience is enjoyable.
Should I leave a gratuity?
Gratuities are not included in spa service prices. Gratuities are at your discretion based on your level of satisfaction. Most guests choose to leave a 20% gratuity for spa services.

Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation; please extend quiet consideration to other guests and respect their privacy. We request that all cellphones be turned off or silenced in the spa.
